Let’s talk Cornbread Pudding…..
I have lived in North Carolina for 15 years now, and have loved trying all things southern. Whether that be from a cookout, birthday party, baby shower, or house warming I have always been impressed with the southern cuisine.
I had a friend, who has since passed away, that always used to make cornbread pudding. Hers was always incredible! I have since gone on a quest to make my best version of cornbread pudding. I wouldn’t say it tastes exactly like hers, but it sure is close.
