This tuna noodle salad is so comforting. Definitely a complete meal and great for a quick lunch. This meal is so versatile because you can change it up based on what you have on hand in the pantry. My kids were not a fan of the multicolored noodles, but I didn’t think that made a difference at all. Kids!

Ingredients
- 12-16 oz short pasta
- Mayo
- 3 cans good quality tuna (drained)
- Onion, celery, pickled jalapenos, relish
- salt, pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Make sure not to overcook your noodles. You can rinse your pasta to cool it off. In a large bowl combine Mayo, tuna, chopped veggies and condiments. Mix and enjoy! It’s literally that simple! You can make this as exciting as you would like. I often put in halved grape tomatoes, old bay, and fresh herbs.
